How order cancellations work before dispatch.
Last updated: August 2026 — this is a starter Cancellation Policy for the MEHEK website and should be reviewed against your actual order-fulfilment process before going live.
You may request to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled through this policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order details. We will confirm whether the order can still be cancelled based on its current status.
Where a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any payment already made will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
