How and when your MEHEK order reaches you.
We currently ship across India. Every order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout, so please double-check your pincode, city, and phone number before placing an order.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location, though metro cities are usually on the faster end of that range.
Shipping is currently free on all orders across our store — the cost is already reflected as ₹0 at checkout, with no minimum order value required.
Every fragrance is carefully packed to prevent breakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Occasionally, weather, regional holidays, or courier disruptions can delay a delivery beyond the usual window. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
